Marketing team at Nike Greater China helps set the brand tone. We act as a creative force of specialists, driven to tell Nike’s stories of innovation and sport through advertising, brand strategy, digital engagement and product presentation. Using channels ranging from retail stores to social media, Marketing team connects the science and art of Nike innovations to the hearts and minds of athletes.

- Sales (GCHQ, Shanghai)

NIKE, Inc., knows how to sell sneakers. And apparel. And just about everything an athlete could need. Nike Sales teams are the front line for getting these products into the customer’s hands. Through sustained relationships with wholesale partners around the world — from a basketball specialty store in Beijing to a department store in Hong Kong — Nike Sales delivers defining products, experiences and brand stories. Nike’s success begins with the best sales team in the industry — one that deeply appreciates the consumer, the marketplace, and products.

- Merchandising (GCHQ, Shanghai)

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world’s best athletes. For merchants at NIKE, everything begins and ends with the consumer. The NIKE Merchandising team is the guardian & voice within the organization to bring the SWOOSH to life for each and every one of our consumers. Our mission is to serve them with the best products in the world and we obsess product down to every last detail – from design briefing all the way to understanding our consumers experience post purchase. We are the key function to see & shape the future of NIKE product, identifying what’s next and cooking up how to deliver the right products, to the right place at the right time. Our role is to blend product art with business science to bring NIKE’s vision to life in every place our customer looks to be served, from stores to the digital space and beyond.

Once onboard, Management Trainees will develop a diverse skillset through astrategically planned 24 months’ rotational program. Along the journey, you will obtain foundational understanding of our consumers, products and marketplace as well as the key competence. Your development will be supported by world-class mentors and veteran managers who will lead, coach, drive and inspire you every step of the way.

Nike Direct is leading the future of sport retail through innovative experiences and services that unite physical and digital retail.
